This SUGAR HIGH necklace is made of 2 layers acrylic glass, rhinestones and a stainless steel necklace. The necklace designed by us, etched/engraved and also cut out with a laser. The engraved areas are hand-filled with acrylic paint - just like the rhinestones are placed one by one by hand.
